SNL Supports was established in the Sunshine Coast in 2022 in response to a demand for high-quality disability care services. We are a family-owned & operated NDIS provider. Our team are passionate about what they do. We have built a team with a wide range of experience with physical, psychosocial & intellectual disabilities. We have experience in Mental Health, addiction issues and Child Safety. We go above to help change lives and it is reflected by what our participants say, and the feedback we receive. We are currently in taking on self managed & plan managed participants.
Our mission is to work with you to improve your self-esteem, social life, and overall well-being through routine, social interactions and healthy relationships. We recognise that every individual is unique. We will match you with a support worker who is a good fit for you, your beliefs, your way of life and with whom you feel at ease.
Funding can be used for respite to support you and your carers. This gives your carers a short break from their caring role. Respite through the NDIS is all inclusive. Respite will cover Support, Accommodation, Activities & Food. Get in touch with the team today.
Assistance with Daily Life is different from participant to participant. Daily activities are based on their individual needs and goals to live with the everyday impairment of their condition and work towards their objectives. This includes basic living aids to help a person live as independently as possible at home and be involved in the community.
If you are a participant in the NDIS, you may be eligible for funding to help you with this important area of your life. ‘Assistance with Daily Life’ is a budget that falls under the category of ‘Core Supports.’ The funding includes assistance with daily personal tasks that allow you to live as independently and dignified as possible.

I have been working with SNL supports for many months now. When I was leaving a full time Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Program on the Sunshine Coast after 7 months receiving treatment. Lance supported me back into the community. He helped me find work and slowly transition back into the work force. I struggled with Mental Health issues most of my life. I have been back in full time work after taking the small steps one day at a time to reach my goals. I have been working for over 18 months now. He is caring, compassionate and a great support.
I have really enjoyed collaborating with SNL Supports in the community. As a provider of clinical and community mental health services it is wonderful to have allies who are happy to work together in supporting our participants to achieve their goals. Lance and the team have always been excellent with communication and have a great team who have been persistent with some of our most challenging participants. SNL have done a great job innovating and adjusting their supports for our participants in the community which allows them to learn new skills and develop healthy routines.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life. The NDIS also connects anyone with disability to services in their community. This includes connections to doctors, community groups, sporting clubs, support groups, libraries and schools, as well as providing information about what support is provided by each state and territory government. The NDIS now supports over 500,000 Australians with disability to access the services and supports they need.
