Meet Our Team

Lance

– Director

With a deep commitment to making a difference, I began my journey in the community services sector at the age of 18 as a Foster Carer. Since then, my career has evolved from Human Resources to discovering my true passion in Community Services and Mental Health, where I have dedicated the last 10 years of my career to supporting individuals on the Sunshine Coast. I have worked in hospitals, mental health facilities, SILS and other inpatient facilities.

I believe that by connecting individuals with the right services, we can change lives for the better. Throughout my professional journey, I’ve come to understand that each person’s story and needs are unique, which drives my dedication to ensuring they receive the personalised support they deserve.

Louise Bertram

– Service Delivery Manager

I’m a Service Delivery Manager with over six years of experience in the community services sector, primarily supporting NDIS participants across a range of needs, including complex care. My background spans case management, HR, operations, and compliance, which has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in both frontline service delivery and strategic systems development.

Originally from Sweden, I hold a degree in Communications and have since built a career in Australia focused on improving quality, compliance, and staff engagement in disability support services. I’m passionate about creating practical, person-centred systems that meet audit standards and drive meaningful outcomes for both participants and teams.

My focus is on building services that are not only compliant—but genuinely high-quality and values-driven.
